• Floor plans → You can now assign different floor plans to different floors in a building. You can also split floors into multiple areas and assign area types for more accurate square footages and unit counts.

• Setbacks → There’s a new section in the site boundary sidebar for setbacks. Setback distance can be set per-side, and height can be given to create a site envelope.

• Carbon metrics → We integrated EHDD’s EPIC assessment for real-time carbon metrics.

• Contextual dimensions → Sketch lengths and areas now show while hovering points or areas while editing a sketch.

• Better terrain → Terrain is now much smoother and a lot more performant.
