Generative Parking
Our latest generative parking designer is here and the updated algorithm ensures you fit the most stalls possible on your site while handling all the real world sites you can throw at it.

Parking along arcs
Stalls now follow curves. Draw a curved site boundary and the generator places stalls along the arc and arranges them inside it, instead of forcing everything into a rectangle and leaving the curved edges empty.

Layouts that regenerate around intersecting geometry
When a building intersects parking, the stalls reflow around the building.

Custom stall types, placed exactly where you need them
ADA, EV, compact, trailer - create whatever custom stall types are needed. Stalls can be placed, moved, and split across multiple locations.

Drive aisles that hold their width
When a layout has extra space, that space becomes islands rather than a wider aisle, so a 24-foot aisle doesn't balloon to 30 feet just because the room was there. Corners are enclosed as islands instead of being left open, islands can be toggled with tree extrusions in 3D, and aisles are directly editable after generation when you need to make an adjustment.
Try it
Parking V2 is available now. Open a project, draw a parking boundary, and generate. Sign up for Arcol to try it on your next feasibility study.
